We have recently supplied Elec Plant with one of our new TL-90 LED lighting towers to add to their growing fleet. Elec Plant has been a customer of ours for a few years now which got us thinking…why do our customers choose SMC?
Range. We offer a varied range of lighting towers to suit everyone’s needs, from military spec to petrochem, through to lighting towers suitable for events, TV and film industry. Elec Plant bought the TL-90 3e LED which is our latest lighting tower in the fleet offering highly efficient models for power and fuel economy, along with clear and crisp LED lighting with up to 50,000 uses.
Aftersales service and maintenance. We have sixteen people in our dedicated customer service team, across four UK depots with a combined knowledge of over 150 years. This means that our customers can get knowledge directly from the lighting tower manufacturer, and receive national coverage and often this means that we can provide same-day maintenance, depending on the extent of service works, so that the lighting towers can often get back into the fleet later that day. Our Valued Service Packages also offer continued protection for your machine, with a range of service and maintenance plans available to you it means we can look after your purchase properly, whilst you keep your aftercare costs low.
Client and customer relationship. Customer service is extremely important to us and we aim to deliver 100% client and customer satisfaction every time. Our teams are always on hand to offer technical advice about a range of enquiries and we are confident that their knowledge will give the best information and guidance – many of our staff started on the factory floor and know the business inside out.
