Showing the world our welder generators

We will use an international platform in Düsseldorf to show the world how our range of welder generators are built to perform.

We will spotlight quality British-built equipment at Schweissen & Schneiden 2017, the trade fair where joining, cutting and surfacing technologies come together every four years.

It is the first time Morris Site Machinery has exhibited at the world’s largest welding equipment show, where we will promote our petrol and diesel machines to the European market in particular.

Our ArcGen Cobra 500i Multi-Process Inverter welder, a lightweight but powerful inverter welding power source that performs stick, arc gouging, TIG, MIG and Flux Cored processes all from one unit, will demonstrate we mean business.

Robust and portable, it is ideal for fabrication, shipyards and oil related vessels, quarries and manufacturing. Key features include a true on demand cooling system where the fan speed adjusts according to temperature and filters to stop external contaminants. The Cobra has a high duty cycle to retain power performance and is built to withstand the rigours of hire and heavy fabrication.

The SMC Weldpac 220DV is a portable and compact welder generator using the ultra-reliable Honda petrol engine. It produces 220 amps of DC welding power and 5kva of 230v AC power.

Our ArcGen petrol and diesel driven portable welder generators offer a host of features to ensure unparalleled reliability and industry leading performance. The complete range features auxiliary power outputs, auto engine shutdown and super silent operation, making them the safest, environmentally friendly and truly versatile welder generators available on the market.

Two of the best-selling models in the range of Arcgen Welding products, the ArcGen WM165 welder and the ArcGen 200SSD welder will be among the machines on show.

Chief Executive Chris Morris, Sales Director Richard Denholm and London & South East Sales Executive Jamie Whyatt will be on hand to engage visitors.

Richard said: “I have 30 years’ experience in the industry and understand the scale and importance of this major show. It is an opportunity to show the world what we do, the quality of the build and our wide range, and to reach influential buyers.

“The machines we sell are well proven in the UK rental and industrial market; we want to announce this to a wider world.

“We’re confident in our products and services and we are excited about forging new relationships and winning business.”

Organisers are expecting around 55,00 visitors from more than 130 countries. They will represent sectors including automobile construction, shipbuilding, mechanical and installation engineering, pipe fabrication and pipeline construction, mining, the building trade, the chemical industry and the manufacture of metal products.

Morris Site Machinery will be on stand D42 in Hall 14 at Schweissen & Schneiden 2017 which runs from 25 to 29 September at Düsseldorf’s exhibition centre.
