Morris Site Machinery lighting towers and generators showcased at Showman’s show

Morris Site Machinery will be helping showgoers keep their cool as it spotlights its market leading light and power products at the 2015 Showman’s Show.

The stand will have the ultimate chill-out area with an ice bar inside an igloo promoting its growing involvement with winter fairs, festivals and events where reliable and versatile equipment is essential.

Morris Site Machinery comes to the show after enjoying continued growth within the TV/film and event sector. Blockbusters from James Bond to Mission Impossible and the final series of Downton Abbey have all called on Morris Site Machinery and its customers to supply temporary lighting towers and power equipment, such as generators, on location. The sale of ten LED lighting towers to On Location Hire is just one example of its recent success.

At the trade show will be the robust EVENTA Denyo generators, widely used across a variety of events, as well as the company’s latest product, the compact SMC GenPac 10 – ideal for use where space is limited or for powering-up trailers and cabins in the event arena.

The market leading SMC TL-90 LED mobile lighting tower will also be on display, to demonstrate the quality of light and fuel efficiency.  It uses 50% less fuel than a standard lighting tower and has a low noise level.

In addition to the super-silent lighting towers, the company will also be highlighting its range of portable Softlite lighting kits. As they weigh from just 8kg, they are very versatile and suitable for any temporary project. The Softlite LED 400 is the most innovative, offering a powerful 32,000 lumens from 345 watts, covering 1,700sq.m. It can be assembled in just two minutes.

Andy Thompson, Sales Director UK and Europe explains: “We are looking forward to welcoming customers on our winter event-inspired stand, complete with some fun mocktails to share like our specially created ‘Eventa Opener’, the ‘TL90 Tangini’ and the ‘Solar Sunrise’.

He continued: “On top of our market leading products for the events industry we will also be showcasing our outstanding new service packages and a brand new parts brochure, making it even easier for our customers to benefit from our first rate customer service.”

Morris Site Machinery can be found on Stand 251, Ave G at The Showman’s Show on 21 and 22 October at Newbury Showground.
